Missioni di Famiglia
Version 3.9.0 — in force from 1 November 2026 · Italian version
This is a courtesy translation of the Italian text. The Italian version, condizioni.html, is the one the parent accepts at sign-up and the one that prevails in case of any difference. Nothing in this translation reduces the rights that the law gives the parent as a consumer.
Missioni di Famiglia is a tool that helps the parent organise the children's daily activities, by assigning missions and keeping count of points. The service is provided with a paid subscription, governed by point 6. These terms govern the relationship between the parent and the Provider of the service.
Provider: MFStudios
Registered address: Via Castellina 418/A, 41021 Fanano (MO), Italy
VAT number: IT01974770362
Support: assistenza@missionidifamiglia.com
Phone: +39 352 238 8340
The parent may contact the Provider at these details for support, complaints and the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Only an adult who holds parental responsibility, guardianship or foster care over the minors to be added to the app may sign up. In these terms that person is referred to as the «parent» and those minors as the «children». By signing up, the parent declares that this requirement is met. The contract and the payment are in the name of the parent, with a means of payment the parent is entitled to use.
The children do not have an account of their own and are not a party to the contract: their profiles live inside the parent's account, and only the parent can create, change and delete them. The Provider does not establish any relationship with the children.
The parent decides which people to add and what to write about them, and is responsible for that choice. The children's data are processed in order to perform the contract, since their profiles are the service requested by the parent, and on the basis of the parent's declaration of being entitled to add them. The children's consent is not required, because the service is offered to the parent. If the declaration is untrue, or if the entry of a person is challenged, the Provider may suspend or delete the profile and the consequences of the declaration remain with the parent.
The declaration made at sign-up covers all the profiles created, including later ones: each new profile confirms it. The parent does not add people over whom the parent holds no such title.
If it emerges that an account was opened by a minor, the Provider may suspend it and delete its data.
Countries where the service is offered. Missioni di Famiglia is offered to those who reside in Italy or in another country of the European Union. Those who reside outside the European Union cannot subscribe. If it emerges that the subscription was activated from outside the European Union, the Provider may close it.
Country of residence. At sign-up the parent declares the country of residence and is responsible for that declaration, on which the Provider's tax obligations and the identification of the law that protects the parent as a consumer are based. The payment card may have been issued in any country, including outside the European Union, with no effect whatsoever. The Provider receives from the payment provider the country code of the bank that issued the card and keeps it for tax documents: this datum is not a check on residence and does not decide whether a subscription is possible. The declared country is the one that counts. If the declaration turns out to be untrue, the Provider may close the subscription: it refunds the part paid and not used, and the tax consequences of the declaration remain with the parent. This paragraph does not affect the rights the law gives the consumer, including the 14-day right to change one's mind.
Sign-up takes place on the website. The parent chooses the free trial or the purchase of the plan, enters name and email, chooses the password, adds the children, indicates the country of residence and gives the consents, then confirms the sign-up, with payment if a plan has been chosen. The contract is concluded when the parent presses the final confirmation button.
The parent can also sign in with their Google account: in this case the email address is that of the Google account.
Until then the parent may go back and correct all the data entered; before confirmation, a summary of the choice is shown to the parent. After confirmation, the data and the children are changed from the app. The number of children determines the price, as stated in point 6.
The contract is concluded in the language in which the sign-up takes place, among those offered by the website. In case of differences between the versions, the Italian one prevails.
The Provider keeps the text accepted, with the date and time of acceptance, and provides a copy to the parent who requests it from the app.
Missioni di Famiglia is an educational tool in the hands of parents: it helps children build habits such as punctuality and the value of work. The result depends on each family and the Provider cannot guarantee it. The app shows and counts. The parent hands over the pocket money, and that money does not pass through the Provider.
The points the children collect, and the euro value the app shows next to them, are a count, not a credit: they work like a notebook hanging in the kitchen. Medals, trophies, recovery tokens, Den items, Vault contents and diploma exist only in the app and reward the children's effort: they cannot be converted into money, cannot be transferred and cannot be claimed from the Provider.
The parent hands over the pocket money, outside the app. Amount, timing and handover are educational decisions of the parent, with no involvement of the Provider. No payment obligation arises for the Provider from the points and the children have no claim against it. Any disagreement about the points or their value is settled within the family: the Provider does not intervene.
Missioni di Famiglia is provided with a paid subscription, monthly or annual. The prices page shows the price of each duration, how many children are included and how much is added for each child beyond those included, up to six. The duration chosen by the parent is the one that applies, and the price shown is the price paid.
Prices are in euro and the charge is made in euro, whatever the parent's country. Any amount shown in another currency is indicative only: it is calculated using the reference exchange rate of the European Central Bank, which the ECB publishes for information purposes and updates on working days. If the account or the card is not in euro, the conversion is made by the parent's bank, at its own rate and with its own fees, if any: the amount charged may therefore differ from the one shown. The Provider applies no conversion and takes nothing on the exchange.
Use of the service requires the choice and activation of a plan. No amount is charged unless the parent has first chosen a plan and expressly accepted the corresponding financial terms, which are shown to the parent before payment and become part of the contract.
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a specialised provider. The card details are entered in fields hosted directly by Stripe: they do not pass through the Provider's servers, and the Provider does not see them and does not keep them. For each payment the Provider records only the outcome, the date, the amount, the last four digits of the card and the subscription references. The processing of these data is described in the Privacy policy.
Free trial. The trial, when offered, lasts 7 days, is free and includes the complete app, with all functions and up to six children, without limitations. The card is not requested and no amount is charged. During the trial there is no payment and no automatic renewal: nothing needs to be cancelled and, in the absence of other choices, the trial simply ends.
One trial per family. The free trial can be taken once only, even with a different email address: if a trial has already been taken, another cannot be started and, to continue, a plan must be chosen. The parent is informed during sign-up, before the second trial begins, and from there can activate a plan straight away. To recognise a trial that has already been taken, the Provider keeps a technical marker that does not contain the email address and from which the person cannot be identified: its nature, duration and purpose are set out in point 9 of the Privacy policy.
End of the 7 days. At the end of the trial the parent is asked whether to continue and nothing happens automatically: to use the paid app the parent must choose a plan and complete the payment. Until then no amount can be charged.
Subscription for fewer children than those entered. During the trial up to six children can be added. If the subscription activated includes fewer, nothing is deleted: the children not included are placed on leave, that is, they remain in the family with their whole history and cannot be used until the subscription covers them again. They do not become active again automatically: when the parent adds them to the subscription, the parent reactivates them with one tap, from the list of children on leave that the app shows right after payment or, at any time, from the settings in the parents' dashboard. Before the choice is made, the app shows exactly what changes.
Adding or removing a child once a period has started. The price depends on the number of children: up to those included it does not change, and beyond those included each child costs the amount shown on the prices page. If the parent adds a child, before confirmation the exact amount due for the days remaining until renewal is shown to the parent, who pays it at that moment; from the next renewal the price includes that child as well. If the parent removes a child or places a child on leave, the price of the period already paid does not change and no refunds or credits are provided for the unused part: the lower price applies from the next renewal.
No plan chosen. The trial ends and the family's data are kept for 1 month.
Trial and right of withdrawal. Withdrawal concerns contracts for payment: during the trial there is nothing to pay, nothing to withdraw from and nothing to be refunded, and the parent may stop at any time. The 14 days for withdrawal run from the day a plan is purchased.
Immediate purchase. The parent may activate a plan straight away without going through the trial. In the case of immediate purchase, the parent chooses the plan and the term, monthly or annual, and enters the card details; payment takes place at that moment, the subscription is active immediately and what is laid down in this point on price, automatic renewal and cancellation applies.
In this case the parent has the 14 days for withdrawal, which run from the conclusion of the purchase, in the manner set out below.
Annual plan. The price shown on the prices page is paid once and the subscription lasts twelve months. At expiry it renews automatically for another twelve months, at the same price, unless cancelled. The parent may cancel at any time from the settings in the parents' dashboard: cancellation takes effect at the end of the year already paid for, and until that day the service stays active. No refunds are provided for the unused part of the year, except for the right of withdrawal in the first 14 days. If the price is changed, the new price applies from the following renewal and is notified in advance, as provided in point 12.
Cancellation. The parent may cancel the subscription at any time, from the settings of the parents' dashboard, under «Subscription». Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: until that day the service stays active, and after it nothing further is charged. Payments already made are not refundable, and no refunds or credits are given for periods only partly used. This applies after the first 14 days, which are governed further below.
Expiry and data retention. From the day of expiry the service can no longer be used. The family's data are kept for 2 months from the end of the subscription; if no plan has ever been paid for, for 1 month from the end of the trial. If the email address has never been confirmed, for 1 month from sign-up. A parent who returns within that period with the same email address can resume the data kept. Once the period has elapsed the data are deleted. The parent can delete everything at any time with «Delete family» (point 10). The items listed in point 6 of the Privacy notice remain.
Right of withdrawal in the first 14 days from purchase. The easiest way is inside the app: in the parents' dashboard, under Setup, by pressing «Withdraw from the contract here» and then «Confirm withdrawal»; the receipt with the date and time arrives straight away and no email needs to be written. Within 14 days of buying a plan the parent may withdraw without giving any reason and without penalties. Any clear statement is sufficient, sent by email to assistenza@missionidifamiglia.com or by post to the address in point 2, and the deadline is met if the statement is sent within the last of the 14 days. The form laid down by law is available on the Right of withdrawal page and its use is optional.
The Provider refunds what was paid within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the same means of payment used by the parent and at no cost to the parent. The refund is in full. The Right of withdrawal page contains the complete rules and forms part of these terms. After the first 14 days, what is laid down above for cancellation applies.
Failed payment. If the payment fails the provider may retry it. If the attempts do not succeed, access closes as in the case of cancellation, until the parent activates a plan again.
Invoice. The parent can request it in the app within 12 days of payment; after that period the request must be sent to assistenza@missionidifamiglia.com. The Provider operates under the flat-rate scheme (Law 190/2014): the price shown is the final price and the transaction is not subject to VAT, which is neither shown nor charged.
The Provider makes periodic backup copies and can recover data only from the copies available. The parent is advised to keep a copy of any data they care about.
The parent uses the app for what it is, with common sense: provides true data, keeps the credentials safe, does not attempt to reach areas or data belonging to others and does not use automated tools to extract data.
The parent undertakes not to enter, in any field of the app, including free notes:
information about health (allergies, diagnoses, treatments, medical reports), about religious or political beliefs, about the origin or the private life of the children; addresses, telephone numbers, tax codes, identity documents or photographs of them; card numbers, codes or bank details: payment data are entered only in Stripe's fields; data about people outside the family, such as schoolmates, teachers or other parents; offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content.
The use of a nickname instead of real first and last names is recommended.
It is not possible to upload photographs or videos in the app: the children's profiles use avatars, accessories, ranks and medals supplied by the Provider.
The Provider may remove content that is not permitted and, in the event of serious or repeated breaches, suspend or close the account, notifying the parent whenever possible. These rules apply to anyone who uses the app from the parent's account.
The account belongs to the parent, who chooses the people admitted to use it. For each child the parent creates the username and the password, of at least four characters, and may change them at any time from the app settings, under Users. The parent keeps them safe and does not share them outside the family: the child cannot change them alone and there is no email recovery for the children's profiles, so only the parent can step in.
The parent is responsible for the use of the app by anyone to whom the parent has given access, as if the parent had done it personally. If the parent believes that an access has fallen into the wrong hands, the parent changes the password from the settings and notifies the Provider.
The processing of the data of the parent and of the children is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. The data controller is MFStudios. The parent may exercise the parent's rights at any time by writing to the contacts in point 2 and may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the supervisory authority of the country where the parent resides.
The parent may stop using the service at any time, without giving reasons and at no cost.
The «Delete family» function, which deletes all the family's data, is available in the parents' dashboard settings. Data are deleted from the app immediately. They may remain in backup copies until these expire, and the items listed in point 6 of the Privacy notice remain. A parent who wants a copy of the data must request it in writing before deletion.
The parent may also remove a single child, without touching the rest of the family. In the settings, under Users, each profile has two options: «Suspend», which puts it on hold leaving points, missions and history intact, and «Delete permanently», which erases the profile and everything about it (points, missions, chosen face, medals, trophies, tokens, Den items, Vault contents, diploma and history) with no possibility of recovery. For a simple pause, «Suspend» is the option.
The Provider is not liable for the parent's educational decisions (which missions to assign, how many points to give, what value to attach to them, whether and how much money to hand over) nor for their consequences within the family, for the content entered by the parent, for the use of the parent's credentials by others, nor for failures of networks and devices outside its control.
Availability of the service. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or security work. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or other causes not attributable to it. Any malfunction is reported to the contacts in point 2.
The rights that the law grants to the consumer and that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
The legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code applies to the service.
The Provider may change these terms and the features of the service for technical, organisational, security or legal reasons, as follows.
The parent is clearly informed of changes. Changes to the price and those that worsen the parent's rights or, in a non-negligible way, the use of the service are communicated by email with reasonable notice. In these cases the parent may withdraw free of charge within 30 days of the communication or, if later, of the change, and the Provider refunds the part paid and not used.
In the event of a transfer of the business or of the branch that runs the service, the contract and the data pass to the buyer, with the same protections for the parent, who is informed by email.
Italian law applies. This choice does not deprive the consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where the consumer habitually resides, and the consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. For any dispute with the consumer, the court of the place where the consumer resides or has elected domicile has jurisdiction, if in Italy (art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code). No clause of these terms departs from this rule.
Complaints are sent from the app or to the contacts in point 2. If no agreement is reached, the parent may turn to a recognised alternative dispute resolution body or to the court indicated above.
The invalidity of a single clause does not affect the validity of the others. The parent may not transfer the parent's account to anyone else.
